The Battle Droid Commander is packaged with backpack, binoculars, blaster, and rocket launcher.

Look and Feel
The Battle Droid Commander would look accurate if you could get his limbs to be ridged and straight. Sadly the plastic that is chosen for the battle droids if very flimsy and therefore you have forearms that are slightly twisted. This continues with the antenna from the backpack never looks straight. The paint apps are good and there are silver highlights to show wear here and there.

Articulation
The Battle Droid Commander has ball-hinged joints in the neck and shoulders. There are also swivel joints in the mid torso, elbows, and hips. The articulation is poor on this figure, but even had it been good the terrible plastic would have made it irrelevant.

Overall Reaction
Number one why did I buy this figure? I was in Walmart and hadn't bought a figure in sometime and quite frankly I think I was bored. I saw the figure and remember the OOM-9 figure I bought during the Episode 1 line. I thought this figure would better match what I had so I bought it. That was the biggest mistake. I truly think this figure is horrible and I have not been pleased with a battle droid since those Episode 1 figures. If you want my opinion, do not waist your money on this figure.
