Look and Feel
First off, I have never played Republic Heroes so I don't have much background with the character. Having said that, based on reference photos the figure is somewhat accurate. The action figure has covers for the weapons on either side of his head which I don't really see in the photos. Testaka also seems to have a great green glow in his eyes which isn't seen on the figure. They do seem to have the scale correct as he towers over Anakin and Ahsoka. The sculpt and paint apps (other than his eyes) seem to be pretty close to what is seen in the game.

Articulation
Kul Testka has ball-hinged joints in the shoulders, elbows, and knees. He features swivel joints in the waist, hips, neck, and left wrist. Testka also has hinge joints for the cannons in the front, rockets in the back, and the ankles.

Overall Reaction
I picked up this figure because I always liked the look of Wat Tambor. The price was a bit high at $14.99, but you are getting a really big and heavy figure. I think I would have been more please at a price point of $9.99, but seeing as it was a gift I guess I can't complain too much. I really am not sure how he will fit into my collection at this point with regards to display. This is yet again another niche type figure so if you're into interesting looking characters perhaps he fits into your collection, otherwise and easy skip.
