The Dark Trooper is packaged with a vibro-sword and a build-a-droid piece.

Look and Feel
The Dark Trooper has a fantastic look as seen in the Dark Forces video game. Hasbro did a great job of bringing this character to life with fantastic detail. The hoses that connect arm and leg pieces are fantastic and can be detached to customize a battle ravaged look. The paint apps are good, but for my taste I would like to see some more scratches and discoloration to make him look more lifelike. The vibro-sword fits in his hand well and is an excellent accessory

Articulation
The Dark Trooper has ball-hinged joints in the neck, shoulders, elbows, knees, and ankles. There are also swivel joints in the wrists, waist, and hips.

Overall Reaction
I was not a big Dark Forces video game player, but this figure is fantastic. He has a great look about him and enough articulation to allow you to pose him any way you want. I really can't say enough about the detail of the figure as well. Figure collectors of on screen characters might pass on him, but the build-a-droid piece that comes with him is a part of an on screen droid in Jabba's palace. In my opinion this figure is the pick of the wave and can add yet another droid in the background for diorama builders. Pick this figure up, you won't be disappointed!
