Darth Sidious is packed with a build-a-droid piece.

Look and Feel
If your looking for a good represention of the Darth Sidious via hologram as per the The Phantom Menace than this one will do the trick. In fact we have gotten him several times before, but this is the only one that comes with the walking holo-projector. The projector looks pretty close to the screen verison (at least what you see of it).

Articulation
Darth Sidious has not articulation, but the projector has two swivel joints per leg.

Overall Reaction
This just isn't a very exciting figure to me. Sure it is cool to finally get it, but I really wasn't begging for this figure like I do for Cleigg Lars in Hover Chair! All and all the projector is good and that is the real reason I bought it. Don't feel like your missing out on anything if you skip this one. But if you're a fool like me and just plain need the build-a-droids, it really isn't that painful to buy.
