Look and Feel
This figure seems to be either a very slight repaint or a repack. Either way he looks great!

Articulation
4-LOM has ball-hinged joints in the neck, shoulders, elbows, torso, knees, and ankles. There are also swivel joints in the wrists and hips.

Overall Reaction
I think I am calling this figure a slight repaint. When I put him next to the Legacy version he looks a bit lighter and his head seems to be a brighter silver. If you bought the last version you can pass on this figure, but I wanted to buy two last go round and just never got around to it so this one filled the void.
