Look and Feel
The last release of this figure was a flop. Hasbro selected a horrible Boba Fett action feature figure to repaint and their selection just didn't meet fan expectation. This time around, Hasbro nailed it! They selected the fantastic Boba Fett Evolutions figure to repaint. This figure gave Kast a great base to start with. The figure had excellent detail in the body and added a perfect paint app to the figure. On top of that, an awesome head sculpt was added so the removable helmet could be used. Jodo Kast was also packed with Boba's blaster rifle and a hand blaster. All and all this is a fantastic looking figure that represents the character seen in the comics very well.

Articulation
Jodo Kast features ball-hinged neck, shoulders, elbows, knees, and ankles. There are also swivel joints on this figure in his wrists, waist, and hips.

Overall Reaction
This is a great figure to add to any Mando collection or to an EU collection. The paint apps are spot on, the extras packed in are what you would expect based on the previous great Boba Fett figures. But the real improvements on this figure are the articulation and the head sculpt. The only drawback for this figure is the price. For a repainted figure updated with a new head $8.99 is a little tough to swallow. However, when you think what Toys R Us charges for exclusive figure ($9.99) it really isn't that bad. Being a big Mando fan, I think this is a must buy, but can understand why some collectors would pass.
