As this figure is a Build-a-Droid, he doesn't come with any extras.

Look and Feel
It still impresses me that how good these frigures look even though they are all snap together. It is kind or hard not to get the look down for this droid as he is exactly the same as C-3PO. The only difference is his silver coloring.

Articulation
Considering that this a Build-a-Droid, I think U-3PO's articulation is very good. The droid does have the standard points of articulation for recent droids such as ball-hinged elbows, waist, and ankles. He was also given swivel head, wrist, hips, and shoulders. U-3PO knees are hinged. Like I said earlier I am still amazing that we are able to get such and articulated figure our of six parts that are snapped together. The men that came up with this concept did a great job!

Overall Reaction
I am a big droid collector and because of this "condition" I have bought every Build-a-Droid wave so far. I am very pleased with this full wave and the droid that I put together as a result of buying them all. At lease I didn't get a shirtless Quarren soldier that I will never do anything with. The only issue I have with this figure is that he comes in two paint variations. One is a straight silver and the other seems to be a little more platnium. After some research, this is what figures have which different paint variations:

Straight Silver -
All six of the Empire wav (Luke and Leia Medical Frigate, Ugnaught, Hoth Rebel Soldier, Captain Needa, Emperor Palpatine). In addition you can find silver pieces in reissued figures Darth Vader (removable helmet), Clone Trooper (Coruscant Landing Platform), Imperial Engineer, Jawa with WED droid, Ben Kenobi (ANH wave), and the Kashyyyk Trooper .

Platnium -
All six of the Empire wav (Luke and Leia Medical Frigate, Ugnaught, Hoth Rebel Soldier, Captain Needa, Emperor Palpatine). In addition you can find silver pieces in reissued figures Darth Vader (removable helmet), Obi-Wan Kenobi (Clone armor), Clone Trooper (Heavy Gunner), General Grevious (ROTS wave 2008), Han Solo (Stormtrooper), Luke Skywalker (Stormtrooper),
